Pilliga Arts was founded to be a studio that combines architectural practice with the visual arts. It is based in Bowral, 100 Km south of Sydney.
We provide consultancy in architectural projects and garden design and hope to achieve works that are original and lasting.
We also exhibit and offer for sale works of drawing, painting and sculpture.

The Founder - Swetik Korzeniewski
The founder and principal, Swetik Korzeniewski, is an architect who also works in the fields of Painting and Sculpture.
He taught architecture for over 30 years at the University of Sydney, University of Newcastle and most recently at the University of New South Wales.
He has exhibited paintings and drawings for 25 years and has an abiding interest in the visual arts as a creative continuation of traditions and art forms.
Rather than the pursuit of novelty, notoriety or self promotion Pilliga Arts seeks to produce good works. The experience of working in a number of related fields, although going against the prevalent practice of specialization has perhaps the benefit of a search for more profound relationships between the various art forms and a greater clarity in the interpretation of each one.
