ARCHITECTURE: DECORUM: Elements, Themes, Ideas.
Aims:
Through a series of lectures to present some of the fundamental contributions to the Architecture of the 20 th C in the West. This is done with the bias of an architect whose interest is in how works of architecture are composed and how they contribute to architectural thinking. The relation of buildings to the city and the differences between some aspects of pre-industrial architecture and that of the 20th C will be considered.
